- Acceptance. By using create-anime.com you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Create Anime AI.
- Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the service.
- Fictional characters. All characters are fictional, generated for entertainment and depicted as adults. Any resemblance to real people is coincidental.
- Account registration. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential.
- Account responsibility. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
- Permitted use. You may use the service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
- Prohibited content. You may not create or request content involving minors, real people without consent, violence, hate or illegal activity.
- Prohibited conduct. You may not attempt to hack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service.
- No impersonation. You may not impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
- User content. You keep ownership of text you submit, but grant us a licence to store and process it to operate the service.
- Generated content. Images and replies generated for you may be used by you for personal purposes. We may restrict use that breaks these terms.
- Moderation. We may review, filter or remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.
- Not a real person. Companions are not real people and do not provide professional, medical, legal or financial advice.
- Wellbeing. If you are in crisis, please contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.
- Free and paid features. Some features are free; others may require payment. Prices are shown before purchase.
- Billing. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Refunds. Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
- Changes to the service. We may add, change or remove features at any time without notice.
- Intellectual property. The Create Anime AI name, design, characters and site content are owned by us and protected by law.
- Feedback. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without obligation to you.
- Third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services linked from the site.
- Termination. You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms.
- Disclaimer. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
- Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
- Indemnity. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these terms.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where we are established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
- Disputes. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation before formal proceedings.
